Location: Pembroke, Ontario, Canada.
My Responsibility: Member of Design Team, Tendering, Contract Administrator (CA)
The work includes the following:
The construction of approximately 2382m of a new 26 inch HDPE IPS (OD 653mm, ID 533mm) DR11, (pressure rating 200psi Forcemain (FM) on Town Line Rd and D'Youville Dr from the Town Line Lift Station (LS), located near the intersection of Paul Martin Dr and Town Line Rd, to a new sanitary precast outlet manhole structure at the intersection of O'Brien St and Bell St , in the City of Pembroke, Ontario;
The construction of two (2) precast valve chambers (each 3.3mx5.1m), related mechanical works including 500mm KNIFE Gates, Swab Access, Vents, by-pass, etc;
The construction of two air/vacuum release valve chambers complete with valves and appurtenances.
The construction and related works of an outlet chamber to connect the new forcemain to the existing gravity sewer system on Bell St;
Supply, installation, and testing of process piping, valves, fittings inside the pumping station, yard piping;
Connections to existing pump station (motor drive room / existing pump discharge header and all related mechanical and electrical installation and modifications);
Testing and commissioning of the new works.
