My responsibility as Construction Manager included:

My responsibility as Construction Manager included:
- Managed a 60-person crew.
- Organizing the project, management of construction.
- Managing the project from A to Z (Budget, time, resource, quality, invoices)
- Preparation of the contract program.
- Representing the company in meetings, contract negotiations and subcontract selections.
- Direction and control all engineers on the project to assure the project proceeds according to schedule (target program).
- Recruit required staffs.
- Managing and coordination of all departments (commercial, planning, Q.C., Safety, MEP, etc).
- Contract preparation, co-ordinate and negotiate about claims and variations with client & consultants.
- Overall control on purchases of required materials, purchase or hiring machineries.
- Control the reports before submission to consultant and client.
- Prepare project reports for Company board of direction.
- Attend in internal company meetings and report to the Board of Direction.
