G+4 floors, steel structure from Turnkey contract from foundation to completion and handing over to end users.
(set up my own business with family members in construction and contracting field)

My responsibility as Construction Manager included:


  • Managed a 60-person crew.
  • Organizing the project, management of construction.
  • Managing the project from A to Z (Budget, time, resource, quality, invoices) 
  • Preparation of the contract program.
  • Representing the company in meetings, contract negotiations and subcontract selections.
  • Direction and control all engineers on the project to assure the project proceeds according to schedule (target program).
  • Recruit required staffs. 
  • Managing and coordination of all departments (commercial, planning, Q.C., Safety, MEP, etc).
  • Contract preparation, co-ordinate and negotiate about claims and variations with client & consultants.
  • Overall control on purchases of required materials, purchase or hiring machineries.
  • Control the reports before submission to consultant and client.
  • Prepare project reports for Company board of direction. 
  • Attend in internal company meetings and report to the Board of Direction.
