(ImenRah Consulting Engineers is a leading design consultant in the field of airport design; they also have road and architectural design departments and deliver landmark projects in over 30 cities around Iran.)
My responsibility: As Assistant Project Director:
  • Directly assisting and supporting the Project Manager.
  • Coordinating between design and construction teams.
  • Coordinating of all members of the design team to ensure the delivered design is fully coordinated.
Assists Project Manager in :
  • Coordination with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), including cost and schedule status.
  • Troubleshooting specific construction related issues.
  • Direction and control of the Consultant's site supervision team as per contract requirements.
  • Coordinating field office drawing controls, progress photos and documents needed to support construction progress meetings and reports.
Completing tasks related to the planning, design, tendering and construction of airport facilities under the direction of Project Managers.
Participate in the Development of Airport Master Plans.
Co-ordination of all members of the Design office to ensure the delivered design is fully coordinated.
In charge for all civil work in Airfield (Including: RWY, Taxiways, Drainage trenches, etc).
In charge of civil work for internal access roads and parking (cut & fill, Sub-Base, Asphalt).
Review and appraisal of reports prepared by Design office and Sub-Consultants.
Coordination and interface with the Main contractors, Client and Airport Authority.
Attend weekly meeting with all project parties.
Monitor work progress and determine performance vs projected targets of work.
Prepare delay notices and submit, Perform Delay analysis and Prepare Extension of Time Programmes. Review of claims and variations.
Monitor subcontractors’ performance, review and approve their programmes and ensure that they deliver respective work on schedule.
