My responsibility as Construction
Manager: Manage the project from tender to completion (Budget, time,
resource, quality, invoices).

and control all managers and engineers on the project to assure the project
proceeds according to schedule (target program).

Management
and coordination of all departments (commercial, planning, Q.C., Safety, MEP,
etc).

Representing
company in meetings & contracts negotiations,

Subcontract
selection.

Recruitment
of required staff.
