- Liaison with the local authorities for permitting purpose and obtaining required water, power, sewerage and other services required for operation of plant as well as construction period.

- Check compliant of design with local codes, standards and specifications.

My responsibility: As Assistant Project Director of Obermeyer (Project’s Technical Consultant) f
rom beginning to end of Defect Liability period to assist the senior project director to:

-   Direction and control, organization, and coordination of all consulting activities of the project team (sub-consultants and engineers) together with senior project director.
-   Site visits for inspections; issue Non Conformance Reports (NCR).
-   Coordinate field office drawing controls, progress photos and documents needed to support construction progress meetings and reports.
-   Chair weekly QA/QC meeting.
-   Fully in charge during the Defect Liability Period.

My responsibility: As Assistant Project Director:
  • Directly assisting and supporting the Project Manager.
  • Coordinating between design and construction teams.
  • Coordinating of all members of the design team to ensure the delivered design is fully coordinated.

  • Coordination with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), including cost and schedule status.
